FIRST TILLAGE WITH THE VSS AGRO FRONT SOIL PREPARER
Creating a good seedbed in one pass under difficult conditions? That is possible with the VSS Agro Front Soil Preparer, in combination with a seedbed cultivator or a rolling harrow! Because the first tillage with levelling takes place with tfront preparer, you can increase the speed of the seedbed cultivator or rolling harrow. This improves capacity and also ensures better soil crumbling. This makes the Front Soil Preparer in fact the best buddy of the VSS Agro Seedbed Cultivator and together they form the ideal seedbed combination.
STRUCTURE OF THE MACHINE
The VSS Agro Front Soil Preparer is mounted in the front linkage and consists of a front-mounted depth-adjusting tube roller in v-shape with a diameter of 500 millimeters. The V-roller is followed by three rows of spring-loaded straight vibrating tines for ideal levelling. Rather use it to cut off crop residue or remove weeds? You can also replace the vibrating tines with drag chisels or goose feet as desired. The vibrating tines are height-adjustable with a top link or hydraulic cylinder. The spring-loaded drag tines are followed by the patented, crumbling T-profile roller.
VARIOUS OPTIONS AND VERSIONS
The machine comes in different versions. For example, we can supply the Front Preparer with a stabbing levelling at the front and a trailing levelling at the rear. Double crumbling rollers in combination with a levelling plate behind the vibrating tines are also possibilities. The machine is available in working widths from 1.5 to 6.0 meters. From 4.0 meters, it is hydraulically foldable. There is also an option to have the machine strenghtened. That is recommendable for another option: we can also equip the Front Soil Preparer with liquid or fertiliser tanks in stainless steel. See all other options further down this page.
