FLATTENING PLOUGH CUTS WITH THE VSS AGRO FRONT LEVELLER
The VSS Agro Front Leveller is suitable for flattening plough cuts in spring as a first levelling operation. This creates a levelled surface over which the tractor drives. It is also a preliminary operation for the machine on the back of the tractor. Our front leveller is a simple but robust machine that can achieve high speeds during the first levelling operation. Combined with the VSS Agro Seedbed Cultivator, the surface is levelled and crumbled simultaneously. A fine combination in spring tillage!
STRUCTURE AND OPTIONS OF THE FRONT LEVELLER
Due to the modular construction of the front leveller, various versions are possible. The standard version consists of a first levelling angle bar, depth-regulating crumbling roller in v-shape and another levelling angle bar. In addition, it is possible to fit goose feet, vibrating tines or chisels to the front of the machine. You can replace the V-roller with a T-roller for extra crumbling action. And at the rear, we can fit a spring-mounted levelling bar for you. The Front Leveller can be combined with various pressure distribution systems and other different types of tillage machines.
PROCESSING OF HEAVY AND LIGHT SOIL TYPES
The working depth of the machine is easily adjusted using the roller adjustment. This, combined with all available options, makes the front leveller suitable for any type of soil. Both light and heavy soils can be easily cultivated. The VSS Agro Front Leveller is available with a working width of 3.0 meters to 6.0 meters. From a working width of 4.0 meters, the machine is supplied with hydraulic folding. Curious about the options for this machine?
