METAALUNIE TERMS & CONDITIONS

All our quotations, all orders placed with us and all agreements concluded with us are subject to the Metaalunie Terms & Conditions, filed at the Registry of the District Court in Rotterdam, as they read in the text most recently filed there. The delivery conditions will be sent to you upon your request.

DATA

All illustrations dimensions, weights and other data are entirely without obligation and are subject to change without notice or obligation. Construction changes are reserved.

All VSS Agro and VSS AMAC machines comply with the European Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), and therefore bear the CE marking. Unless expressly agreed otherwise.

PRICES

Prices are gross, without V.A.T. in Euro and are delivered ex-factory. The prices stated in the price list are non-binding and subject to change without notice. All previous price lists are hereby cancelled. New price lists of any changed prices are available upon request. If a price is not listed, it will be provided upon request.

WARRANTY

All our machines are delivered with a guarantee of proper operation. In addition, the warranty period as stipulated in the written contract shall apply. Upon the occurrence and observation of any defect within the warranty period, a written claim must be made within 10 days.

FREIGHT COSTS

Any freight charges can be issued upon request.
